thank you, i am starting to be relgious, i wasnt at all before. but i pray now, an im begginning to believe in god. if not just for my sanity.

I was crying allday, i eventually took .25 of xanax an fell asleep, i feel "ok" now, just a bad headache.

I'm gonna cut out all the vitamins, i think i took too much today. Just stick to basic shit like HCL an enzymes an balance my diet.

Thank you guys, i'm trying so hard to beat this, but i dont even have the drive to do anything anymore, i cant even enjoy video games or sex.
