im allergic to eggs, yolks an whites. allergic to almost all grains, all dairy, some veggies, some fruits, almonds. Sweet potatoes seemed to give me fog, so did brown rice. It seems any fats or carbs give me bad fog. I don't know what to do anymore.

last time i drank chicken broth i had a bad anxiety attack, i think i may be allergic to chicken now. I feel like I cant eat anything.

The last couple days all i'm eating is vegetables, carrots, celery, cucumber, green beans. thats all i've had all day. I'm so hungry. yet i'm so scared to eat carbs or protein. I'm down to 111 lbs from 150lbs. I feel death coming very soon. I can't find a competent doctor that will listen to me. I'm in portland, or. USA.

I keep thinking parasite, but don't wanna start my humaworm until i do this stool test. Im gonna take my HCL an enzymes again see if that helps at all.

My most debilitating symptom is this fog/out of reality. it feels like intense pressure in my brain/head. i feel like nothing is real, i want to die everytime i feel it. its always mildly there, but sometimes it's worse. it comes an goes depending on food.

I feel like i'm losing the battle, an i dont even know what i'm fighting.

I'm trying to do a stool test(diagnostechs), but I messed up the last one cause i was eating broccoli so now I have to wait for a new test kit. I cant wait much longer.

Sorry I just want my life back....all this has happened rapidly over 7 months. GEtting worse faster an faster. Tweet
