It is so easy to blame vegetarianism/veganism. Did anyone ever think where the cows get their B12?? from the grass, soil, fermentation in their digestive system?? I was so sick of being sick, every single week, the mirgraines. The thing is that when I found out I was anemic I was 14 years old, I increased my meat eating..thinking it would really help..I only got sicker and sicker..Until one day, I met this man 75 years old vegan his whole life..didn't suffer from any of these things. Then I tried vegetarianism and failed so many times..until I cut back, then slowly work my way into it..then becoming vegan. It has been 7 years of vegan and migraine free..protein normal, no longer anemic, b12 normal. For me that was amazing..I feel so good now..I never wanna go back. I think People who tried vegetarianism/veganism and failed didn't eat a proper diet.
