Re: More proof that veganism is dangerous
Your brain is shrinking, not mine or the many vegans I know...in 7 years, My brain has not shrunk. It doesn't matter what google says, Google is not my body.YOu do not need 'meat' to get sufficient b12 or proteins..Vegan diet itself does not cause brain shrinkage, lack in certain things like b12 I perhaps.. Let me tell you something, i ate beef, pork, fish, liver was my favorite..all types of meat every single day..one point my iron was so low, I had to be rushed to emergency dept. for blood transfusion. I had to be hospitalized for one month because of that. At one point I had to go for weekly b 12 injections that was painfull. I suffered chronic migraines one every single week...that affected my job performance. I gained weight..I couldn't even walk up the stairs without gasping for breath and I was young back then. I am now in my 30s..7 years..no migraines, normal iron, b12, protein, blood pressure and normal weight for my body/age...So Hell Yeah! something is working right. I know someone who is 75 years old Vegan..75 years his brain is not shrinking, he is normal and never gets sick, still works, 12 hours a day. I know a raw vegan..not regular vegan..a raw vegan of 10 years..who is very healthy and strong. I know an elderly vegan in her 60s who was vegan for over 10 years, went back to eating fish..says she needs it after about 6 mnths of fish eating, felt good at first..but eventually went back to strict vegan this time...she is still healthy and strong, her brain is not shrinking and she looks like she is only 40.
I don't live my life on what "google says"..If google says eat shit it will boost your brain performance..i know you will be the first one to start. your brain will shrink as you age anyways..If you look dangers of meat eating on google..will give tons of website on why you shouldn't eat meat..
Good luck dear..I guarantee, give you some time, you will start to think and feel different, thought changes and so does what 'google says' changes all the time.
