Thanks for this. I've had low copper on hair and other tests for years, and also have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome big time -- probably caused by mercury toxicity -- but have never addressed the copper issue adequately because of all the negative bias that any mention of copper seems to be connected with.

I've also heard of many others who have had bad experiences with the zinc-for-pyroluria issue. Tweet
