First you remove amalgams.
Anything that comes from the sea may contain mercury.
Calcium supplements come from the sea. Magnesium supplements come from the sea. Chlorella ,kelp,algae from the sea, etc.
You can get calcium from milk products or eggshells.
Magnesium makes me depressed,as do calcium supplements.
Same with zinc.
Avoiding things that do not agree with you is my advice. Do not take calcium supplements. Even milk with added calcium contains mercury!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid multi vitamins.
ZERO FISH.
It seems to take 9 months for your body to adjust to not having a source of mercury. YOu may experience an up and down period between 5 and 9 months.
