Re: Candida, mercury, and zinc issues

Cilantro is not a mercury binder, in fact, quite the opposite. It will release mercury and if you do not have a binder, it will re-distribute it. Trust me, I had terrible re distribution when I tried cilantro + chlorella. While chlorella is a binder, it is also a mild chelator which means most the time it also re-distributes, just not as intensely as cilantro. The best BINDER which can be used with ALA, cilantro, chlorella, etc is algin. Algin absorbs heavy metals present in the blood stream, binds to them, and brings them to the digestive tract to be excreted. I highly recommend it! After I started supping with algin my distribution symptoms subsided. You can buy it here http://www.sunshine4health.com/algin-100-p-597.html
