Re: Anybody's hypo worse after eating wheat/dairy?

The Celiac Sprue/Myasthnia Gravia/Thyroiditis/Botulin toxin pathway is already well established in literature. Many have found enormous relief by consuming unleavened bread.

Celiac Sprue, btw, is one of the bigger scams in all of medicine. It's not an intentional scam, it's just simply a very lazy theory.

The real problem with Celiac Sprue is Monosodium Glutamate. 50% of wheat gluten=glutamic acid. So while it is true that those with Celiac should avoid gluten AND the majority of other glutamic acid products out there, the real problem, clearly, I might add, is MSG, or monosodium glutamate.

I am convinced, at a personal level, at least, that we would find 50% less thyroid disorders today if none of our foods contained MSG.
