Fifty-five days is amazing...I wonder where I'd have been, had I continued the first fast past my break-point of 29 days. I have such a strong sense it would have turned good again, once I got through my spitting crisis. For me, just those 29 days were mind-altering. Yes, the good glucose is really what the body runs on. (And of course most people eat denatured forms of sugar, most of the diet can consist of these empty sugars--which really 'sit', as you say, but don't give the same energy and clarity at all as what comes from the plant-based diet.
I wonder if you have come across a short book I posted--discovered online, called "The Emanation Body" I thought you might enjoy it...It fits into the good fasting literature category.
