IE....I feel that the earlier hunger returns, the better condition of ones Body...in other words, If hunger reappeared on day 21, then your body is stronger than if you had to wait until day 31.
As far as re-feeding goes, I'm going to start breaking my Fasts with diluted Celery Juice, then continuing with a Raw Vegan diet.
