Re: China's OR U.S. government's EMP test on cruise ship?

There are videos on youtube that claim China and Russia have been preparing for years to "stand up" to the U.S. (they hate the U.S.).

When I first saw the picture of the L.A. missle, it was shown flying in CLEAR broad daylight leaving behind a plume of unmistakable DARK BROWN smoke (it was not in any way brownISH). In 56 years, I NEVER saw or heard of a rocket, plane, or missle leave anything but a white trail. Maybe for an EMP rocket, the fuel must be different so as not to interfere with the EMP device.

So, the U.S. Navy tells us that the Chinese military used/WASTED one of their highly advanced INTERCONTINENTAL missles just so they could send a submarine to American waters and have the missle fly across the whole Pacific Ocean UNDETECTED by other countries and commercial aircraft simply because the goal was to have the missle impact/land back in their own country without hurting or scaring the Chinese people (or causing strife with all the countries along its flightpath).

This missle was not only a valuable piece of the Chinese arsenal, it was also "STEALTH". Since the Chinese have a very strange definition of "STEALTH", they launched it IN BROAD DAYLIGHT with a specially colored fuel that would leave a clearly visible DARK BROWN plume.

As I remember reading, an EMP also has delayed effects of a more intense "aftershock" after about a half hour, etc.. Is this why an ELEVEN hour response time to the cruise ship was chosen in American waters (local proximity?.... experimentation/observation must first be completed?).

What does an EMP do to the human body?....I don't know, but probably the radiation immediate effects make it difficult to digest anything more than SPAM.
