Taking proteolytic enzymes without food to eliminate large protein food allergens from the bloodstream?

So, I really need to start focusing on my digestion. Every single day there is a very large amount of undigested food in my bowel movements, usually just rice and carrots, which is all I eat during the day, as I have developed too many sensitivities to just about everything else. I usually eat chicken for dinner, but I never notice it going undigested.

Now, a week ago, I found myself severely stressed and it seems my body started producing a very large amount of acid. I could feel the acidity all over my body, and I was in the bathroom for a very long time, eliminating a little bit of what I believe to be parasites and possibly candida.

For a matter of days after, most of the symptoms of my health problems were gone.. specifically no more acne. It was like some kind of detox.

I have Digestazon digestive enzymes which I think I will start using again. I want to focus on something now..

It is recommended that I should be "Taking proteolytic enzymes without food to eliminate large protein food allergens from the bloodstream."

What do you think about this? would it be safe? I think what I may have to do is take enzymes not only at the time of a meal, but also after..

I don't want to take ACV again. I think it did help my digestion when I last used it for a few months, but it did not make a difference for all my symptoms. I've been on a leaky gut regimen with a naturopath for a few months now.. maybe I've healed my gut enough to start taking it again?

Sorry for the long story and questions.. my digestion is very upset right now..
