Re: Taking proteolytic enzymes without food to eliminate large protein food allergens from the bloodstream?

Right. Thanks.

My diet was eggs for breakfast, rice for lunch, chicken/fish for dinner.

I cut out eggs a week ago and have been feeling so much better. Now, I've just been eating organic black forbidden rice and red bhutanese rice for brunch basically, but I make a lot that I slowly eat. It's an extremely simple diet, but I seem to be a lot better off like this. Keep in mind, this is absolutely everything I eat. I only sometimes steam a few carrots at dinner time.

I've been thinking about transitioning into a mainly raw paleo diet, but that's all depending on what I can handle, really. I'd love to see how I'd do eating only fruits for the first half of the day, and then eating a few carbs and finally some protein, everything being separated by a good enough time.

Digestazon has a pretty good range of different enzymes that you usually see in most other products. All they seem to list online is the herbs which stimulate digestion.
