Regarding the sexua| dysfunction issues--do you have a history of adrenal fatigue? I had run-down adrenals when candida became a problem for me, and I notice the strength of my libido seems to be linked to my battle w/ candida. I have a theory that because my adrenals were beat-up, candida was able take root there/set up shop and is suppressing the normal function of the adrenals which do most of the hormone production. I've been looking for research on candida and the adrenals but haven't found much.

Also, do you take molybdenum? I just started taking it and I already notice less brain fog and less fatigue. I knew I had a problem w/ acetaldehyde when after 2 sips of my favorite beer I had to put it down. Haven't had a full beer in probably 4 years... Some of my improvements recently may be in part to getting serious about avoiding casein, which I should've done years ago.
