Yes, unfortunately I am familiar with the red scrotum problem. I also experienced some numbness, but no ED.
Candida in a biofilm can block nerve receptors and cause numbness, so I think you are correct in attributing that to Candida. And I tried all those same substances as you. I concluded that creams, oils, or anything moist only added to the problem.

I think all those immune compromising chemicals take on added significance once you become Hypersensitive. Heat, or lack of Ventilation of any sort seems to make it worse, along with normal Candida triggers.

It's very susceptible to H202 though. The Garlic has the effect of opening the pores. While soaking, try stretching and squeezing the skin in the affected areas to improve penetration of the H202, particularly the testicles. Do the same after bathing with antifungal powder. You should see it coming out. Once you get it out, the skin returns to normal and that is one less reservoir of Candida infection your immune system has to deal with.

Once I got rid of it, it didn't come back.
