You need a complete immunologic panel. That is the best money you can spend now in my opinion. Chronic candidiasis is caused by immune suppression. You must find what has your immune system suppressed. Candida's mannan can suppress the immune system but with all you have done I doubt it be the cause. Your cell-mediated immunity hasn't recovered by some reason. Until you don't find what is affecting your immune system, this will be an endless battle. There AREN'T fungistatic antifungals able to end with a candida infection without the immune system help. I believe the immune system is 70% and the antifungals 30 %. Remember, current oral antifungals are FUNGISTATIC. They don't kill this monster, only inhibit. The Th1 immune response need to do the biggest job.
