Attempt to rationalize-Help me in preparing my medial appointment.

I try to rationalize about my case. I know that apart from Sugar contact with chemicals of some sorts trigger badly my problem.

Does anybody know what these activities could have in common: wearing most types of pants (I have observed the pattern more than 1000 times), smoking cigarettes (I have observed the pattern more than 100 times), drinking alcool, and airplane travel (I took the plane at least 200 times and it's always trigger my symptoms to various degrees).


These four things triggers my candida symptoms. Why?

No matter how much antifungal I take it triggers my symptoms. If i avoid these four things and do not eat Sugar I can be fine for a while.

What is the missing link? Which of these 2 explanations do you believe to be most probable?

1- Do you think that candida can trigger a formaldehyde/aldehyde sensitivity and then overtime formaldehyde/aldehyde exposures can trigger candida crisis?
Does candida induce chemical sensitivities? Does it make sense to believe that aldehyde/formaldehyde are the culprit.

*sugars break down in aldehyde
*alcohol breaks down in aldehyde
*cigarettes contain formaldehyde
*Most types of pants contains formaldehyde in dyes and formaldehyde resins in the material
*most plane are sprayed with insecticide design to kill insects (possible explanation?) What in air travel could lower immunity? Is air travel implies any contact with formaldehyde/aldehyde?

2- These activities contribute to lower immunity in some way and this is allowing candida to thrive.
