I beg to differ... most have seemed to lose all common sense and reason. The choices we make determine the effects of those choices.

Do you think these folk's kids will be better or worse off after learning from parents such as these? More, or less reproductively viable? More, or less healthy? More, or less capable of having healthy children? More, or less capable of dealing with weather extremes? etc. etc.

It is perhaps generations out... and science may prolong the inevitable, however, the gene pool is becoming increasingly contaminated with garbage.

*Natural selection* IS at the genetic, adaptive level. The published Darwin awards that you and I are familiar with, are just a play, a comic... a misdirection.
