Continuity, no I don't see that at all, it looks and reads like what it is. The bible is a hodge podge of stories, written by a mixture of authors, that has no continuity at all. It has been translated, chopped up, mix and matched, interpreted, to suit whatever religion decided to use it, or was too lazy or uncreative to come up with their own 'holy book'.

It is old, as in ancient, but then again many eastern religions have much older books. The bible's age in no way reflects is veracity, in fact it counters it.

As for saving me, thanks, but no thanks, I don't need saving, I've saved myself from being deluded, brainwashed and conned by religious beliefs.
