I don't doubt it.

I used to get headaches after using common household products. I have now switched to Seventh Generation for my bathroom cleaners and for my dishwashing detergent. Have you ever been close to your dishwasher while it's cleaning, the smell is horrrible and actually burns my eyes. I know it's more expensive but I figure I am saving on health costs down the road. When I use the Seventh Generation cleaning products there is virtually no odor and I really like how they clean.

FYI: For a cheap alternative to organic chemicals, use regular household vinegar. You can dilute it based on the purpose, like cleaning windows would be a more diluted solution as opposed to cleaning the bathroom. Vinegar is very cheap and quite capable of killing most germs. Plus, it doesn't streak on windows.
