I have the device and used it a lot.
However there are simpler ways to energize and re-align water. A tiny amount of DC electricity and a Neodymium magnet will do the trick.

As for the claim of removing toxins, well it does alter the ions so all becomes LESS toxic but that isn't always the case. In the case of VOCs ozonating is far better, even distilling will not get it all out.
