thank you so much .. it was my first time doing the poultice and since I have so many reactions to many things post benzo wd sometimes it gets too much for me and I have to pull back ..

I have no problems doing the castor oil packs though and its funny how I started smelling it very strongly while the poultice was on

I will definately try it again though

and yes I meant that I put it on my liver area
