Here is an idea that an old chiropractor taught me for hiatal hernia years ago. Maybe it will help you and I don't believe it could hurt!

When you first get up in the morning, drink a big glass of water with a good dose (whatever that is for you) of cayenne pepper in it. Or slam back the cayenne in a bit of water and then drink a lot more water. Then jump off of something like a step stool or the second to the bottom stair or whatever you are capable of. You could even just jump in place if you can't do that. Try to land flat footed on both feet so it is quite jarring to your body. Repeat the jumping part three times. Do this as many days as you want or until symptoms are gone.

His explaination was that the hernia is when a bit of the stomach gets pushed up through the diaphram. The jarring of the jump on a stomach "weighted down" with all the water would help to get the stomach back down where it needed to be. Doing it with the cayenne in there also, would promote circulation and healing so that would help the adjustment to be permanent eventually. Of course we know the colon and Liver Cleansing will help big time too.

So simple and maybe it would help you! Best wishes

Oh T I have been lurking around here from time to time just not posting ..Lol.. so I really havent been gone at all ..just taking a break and researching till my eyes are so tired I can barely stand it .

I have always felt that noone understands me and why I cant do /take certain things

but you do and for that I am grateful

its just so awful to not be normal ..on the outside I look normal but on the inside I am so broken

its so hard to explain but I bet you know what I mean when I say that

glad to see you are keeping your head up and trying your best to get better and so am I ..I will do whatever will work for me but it seems I gotta go a little slower and I know thats not good .. Uny will prob smack me through the puter for saying that ..lol just kidding now ok..

just cant understand how all my labs come back normal esp on my liver and yet I know I have some fatty infiltration of the liver and that is a fact and off and on pain too ..which the bloodwork is better than it used to be so maybe I have made some progress ..never had bad labs come back on my liver though ..that just doesnt make sense ..I dont think their tests are sensitive enough or something

you know I have got the magnetic clay to do clay baths and I cant even do them without a reaction so that is stuffed up in my closet somewhere accumulating lord knows what ..haha. I bought that a couple of years back

and all that doc is wanting to do by sending me to the therapist is to verify what part could be mental (HAHA) and what part if any is actually physical ...she said we needed to find out where the mental ends and physical starts and for that I have to agree as I would like to know that myself .. I am trying to be positive here ya know.

I know all the docs (including natural docs) I have went to dont understand at all ..shoot there is a lot of people that dont understand either ..my best friend doesnt understand why I cant even take an aspirin or eat certain foods and why I am so super-sensitive to everything ..it totally baffles her ..she thinks I am may be doing harm to my body with all the natural stuff I do or have done /or are trying

Money is so tight around here I am just not able to juice fast long enough to even do a liver flush...If I could just do one without the all the prep and juicing I would but my luck it would backfire on me .. I am however saving up some money to order some more stuff from Uny ..I tried the sample bottle of parasite cleanse she sent and I can take that without a reaction thank GOD !

I really need to hear of some success somewhere ..esp since we share a lot of the same problems ?? you have done the cleasing /juice fasting/flushing right?? has it really helped you ??? and whats that about healing the gut? what do ya mean there ?? > it only seems to help me while I am doing it and its really not practical or affordable to continue doing that the rest of my life .. I honestly believe that the benzos messed me up really bad ,so bad I dont know if I can recover but I sure wont go down without a fight ..one of the side effects of em are hypersensitivities ! ugh!I always knew thats where I got em ..there are good days and bad days for sure as I am sure you know .. my nerves are much calmer now that I am off the benzos and my mind has calmed down a lot but there are times when I am having a reaction that I literally think I am dying and that is so so scary and stressful..I have so had enough of those times that I am scared to try anything drastic anymore .. I know I have exhausted Uny in her efforts to help me ..not meaning too of course .. I have to focus on what I can do though to get better and not what I cant do and push forward ..


I couldnt even hold down a full time job at this point ..which I so need right now ..

I feel so bad for you and anyone else having to go through this I sure hope we can overcome it one day

and yes I have heard of people being allergic to body fluids .. I seen something like that on Dr.Oz where this woman was allergic to her husbands semen ! wow! thats strange but yeah anything is possible I believe ..good luck to them on making them babies they so want ..whew!

I even called the herb store last week and talked to Jon the owner for a bit about my condition just to see what he had to say about it .. he suggested bio-feedback and I told him I had already done that once before and when the guy started putting that so called healing energy into my body ..well my body freaked out with one of the worst attacks ever and I had to drive 4 hrs back home ! took me 2 benedryls and a nerve pill to calm down enough so I could drive! by the time that hit me I was droopy eyed and wanted nothing more than to lie down somewhere ..needless to say he shut up bout that ..haahhahahahaha.. said he was gonna make some phone calls and he would get back to me ..well that was last week ..I think I am gonna call him tomorrow and see what he has to say that is if he has made those calls ..lol
