Thank you so much for your quick reply. I wasn't aware of the details in Doc's program, although I've done his liver flushes. My flushes generally don't produce many stones and often none at all, but I do feel congestion in the liver. I've done a parasite cleanse and haven't seen a single parasite come out. I have seen a couple of liver flukes when I did my first liver flushes early last year but nothing to the extent people are talking about here.

The 'no fasting rule' makes sense now because I feel very sluggish, which probably confirms the suspicion that the toxins are not being eliminated completely. However, a lot of well-respected bowel cleanse programs encourage fasting as a means of jump-starting the cleanse process. I was hoping it would do the same to me but I was wrong.

Do you recommend a 30 day cleanse with fiber and IF1 or LBB at 2 or 3 shakes a day while eating?
Did you eliminate the plaque or any type of gunk at this pace?

Eating well and drinking a lot of water doesn't work for me. I need a fiber that mechanically scrubs off the plaque, so I am very curious what options I have. I've heard of Okra Pepsin and was thinking of getting it but I want to save that after the gross stuff has been removed.

Have you heard of intestinal inflammation after liver flushes due to bile being released in the small intestine and causing burns or corrosion? I wonder if the intestines are protecting themselves from all that bile by producing more mucus.
