I missed commenting on an important part of your question about what I eliminated with the colon cleansing and when. I'm going to get descriptive because I might have to in order to let a few others know just what they might be up against before they get it all.
The first cleanse I did a year into doing this program got out long pieces of colon junk that was literally filling up my colon. It was rubbery stuff, so I knew it was colon junk. It had no shape other than being long, flat rubbery pieces of brown junk. I hadn't even gotten close to getting the rest of junk that was REALLY stuck on the colon walls off. I kept up doing the 30 day cleanses. I did 3 and a half consequetive ones just like Schulze says to do them with 6-8 capsules of the #1 formula (2 capsules at a time divided throughout the day) and 40 (10 capsules every 2 hours) every day for 30 days. I took the #2 formula away from food. At the end of this episode, I passed about 2 feet of colon "rope" stuff, but it was in 2 pieces. That was definitely shaped like the colon. The junk really came off hard with me. I got rid of 10# of it with my first colon cleanse. Probably at least 5-7# on the second clease.
The colon is at least 3 feet long. What I got out didn't seem like all that could be in there, because of this fact and the way my colon was feeling, a year and a half later I started another cleanse. The stuff in the rest of the transverse and ascending colon came out hard. It's still not clean yet. I saw pieces of black stuff for along time, and the stuff is still coming out in pieces in long "stings of pearls" like junk because much of it is junk from the diverticuli that's hooked together and looks like this.
This is a gruesome description, but you still might need this information to know if you've got it all. When the pod-like junk comes out of the diverticuli, it's very hard and stings when it comes out. I can determine just when it does and where it is when it dislodges from the intestinal wall by these symptoms. It makes me feel a little sick when it happens, but only for a few minutes. If big pieces of this junk comes off at once, I can feel it too, like a piece of tape coming off the skin. My colon was in bad shape for years. I must have had this junk stuck on there for years, so it comes off hard.
This is the reason I keep up with doing all I have done that I've described in other posts on this thread. It's a big job. My colon may get sore, so I have to back off for a few days and do just the healing herbs--the slippery elm and aloe vera. I also have done these herbs while doing the Schulze cleanser.
My digestion has been working pretty well for quite a while, but I can feel the junk still in there. Your digestion can be working pretty well and you might still have a colon that's loaded with junk on the walls or in the diverticuli that has to come off and out. Get it off and out because your body will still be absorbing the toxins from this nasty, rotting junk. Massaging the abdomen works, too. Lying on a slant board for about 10 minutes at a time and pulling up on your abdominal muscles may work, too.
I've seen globs of candida with the yeast hyphae "little legs" stuff, lots of mucous because there may be mucous being created to protect the natural lining of the intestines in this process, and even large pieces of white, dead colon tissue come out lately.
So this is a warning to everyone about what can happen with taking the drugs your "caring" doctor may give you that can do a big, bad number on your digestive system. Then too many carbohydrates over the years can make this junk thick, copious and hard to get off.
I don't like being this descriptive, but feel at least once it may be necessary. I'm going repeat it may be necessary for a lot of people over 50 who have followed a diet that may have contained too many carbs for a long time to consider what they're up against when cleaning a colon that had never been cleaned in their lifetime-- BECAUSE they didn't know how to do it, or weren't aware it needed to be done.
Colon cancer is very prevalent these days because of our western diet. Dr. Jensen says "death begins in the colon" and Doc makes the comment (on his CD) that 80% of the time, that's right.
Do natural healing, stay away from the drugs and the poisons in your food and get your diet healthy. We are faced with Monsanto taking control of our food supply and getting the GMO foods into our diet more and more. We need to watch our food that it's organic and not GMO or grown with synthetic fertilizers or sprayed with poisons. GMO stuff kills bees and it has the potential do do the same to people. Chilling thought. Subscribe to NaturalNews or other health newsletters and be aware of what we are now faced with concerning our food supply. Grow your own and/or choose your food wisely. Your whole body will be affected, and that will include more than just the colon and digestive system.
So, my suggestion to everyone who runs into a big colon problem is "don't get discouraged or give up before you've gotten this organ healthy". It's possible to heal, and it will-- if you keep going.
