Re: How important is the candida diet?

I believe I was born with candida passed on by my mother and do not wish this to anyone - I guess this is the most difficult to eradicate. Please do the diet and everything you can for the sake of your children - if you can't eat organic make sure you at least don't take any of the forbidden foods - incl potatoes - the first time around I eliminated candida in my blood (didn't show anymore in live blood analysis) in 6 months with only the diet, caprylic acid & digestive enzymes. This cleared up 80% of my symptoms, and shouldn't cost you too much.
If you believe in using yogurt/kefir, buy a yogurt maker or grains and start your own culture, it will cost you a pint of milk a day.
If any of your children get nappy rash, consider the possibility it might be linked to candida.

Good luck
