Alright, well I figured that the problem with constipation was actually with too much fiber. Because, at one point I had an entire package of flax crackers. That's a ton of fiber, and probably more than my body could handle. I read that eating too much fiber too quickly is dangerous, and can cause bloating and such, which is exactly what happened to me, except the bloating didn't go away.

So, I theorized that I have a lot of fiber stuck in me after a couple months of trying to figure out how to cleanse myself, I had plenty of fiber everyday from fruits and greens, etc. Things weren't working, and my constipation got worse.

So, I theorize that I need to eat an almost fiberless diet with plenty of water to stop clogging my body with more fiber and drink enough water to expel all the fiber that's been clogging me up.

I started doing this after half the day was over, and the next morning I actually had a pretty good bowel movement. One so good that I haven't had in weeks. And that same day of keeping my fiber to a much lower level (excluding all fruits, vegetables, almost anything with fiber), and eating animal products, including raw goat cheese and goat ice cream, some fiberless brown rice crackers and salsa, salmon, and continuing to take coconut oil, I feel pretty good. I'll keep up with this and see if my theory is right, and see if my bowel movements improve.

I know it sounds completely opposite of conventional wisdom of cleaning the colon, but after all this time of struggling to find the answers I need, I don't think a one-size-fits-all approach would be good. Perhaps some people who overload their bodies with fiber like me need to lower the amount tremendously, and drink lots of water.
