Re: My Thoughts
Training a blue jay~~ :)
What are you training him
to do??
I agree, this issue along
side a gazillion others is
depressing, BUT like strengthening
our immune system, we must work on
our resolve to be a part of the
effort to balance out the evil
or run the risk of doing nothing
in the face of it. I do not want
to be guilty of doing nothing. I
have an adage that stems from my
countless river days which says,
"Call on God, but steer away from
the rocks". Likewise, I want to
find my own inner balance but for
me, raging against the winds of
change this administration has
wrought upon us is also important.
To find balance I have been gardening.
I enjoy helping nurture things to
life. As important as it feels to
me to acknowledge the processing
of the anger I am feeling, equally,
I find it important to nurture my
own loving nature. I refuse to
succumb to hatred and self-destruction
merely because I seem to find myself
being immersed in it.
Floating on faith, I am...
blessings to you
and your blue bird
of happiness,
Zoe
