Re: about this liver flush thing...
Hi Wood Elf, I'm not a believer in liver flushes, but I'm certainly not going to question your honesty about what you experienced.
In my experience the vast majority of what people are claiming has come out of their gallbladders or livers is just ridiculous. Particularly those who claim the golf ball or ever baseball sized stones being flushed. I would advise anyone that is researching
Liver Flushes to do their research outside of the internet as well as inside of it. This way a person will get a balanced view. I would particularly advise people to learn about how their liver and gallbladder work, along with some anatomy and biology. This will go a long way in giving them the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about what health protocols they wish to follow, or reject.
People will believe what they want to believe. What I find very telling is the attempted character assasination of Hv, over in the
Liver Flush debate forum, as well as the
Support Forums , lately. There have been several attempts to discredit Hv, even on this forum. Debate is all very well, but when people are making up user names, with the express purpose of trying to discredit someone's evidence, this smells like trolling to me.
If
Liver Flushes actually worked, and could be proven scientifically to work, why would this type of personal attack be necessary, the evidence would speak for itself.
If I was someone researching liver flushes, I would see this type of behaviour as discrediting the
Liver Flush protocol.
I personally use bitters to support my liver and gallbladder function, this has worked extremely well, and will go a long way in preventing any gallstones, and keeping my liver functioning well.
I hope you find a lot of good advice on this forum, as I, and many , many others have.
regards, spud
