All right, screw it. I don't have the mental energy to figure out how to eat right for my depression, and I don't have the motivation to fast right or for long enough. I'm going to attempt to stick to unprocessed foods and I'm going to get back on the antidepressant train. Something's bound to work. Maybe then I'll have the focus and energy to deal with this diet stuff.
Also, what exactly does everyone mean by fasting with supervision? Where do I find such a supervisor? There's a fasting institution in my state that costs $1000 a week. How about options for someone who isn't loaded?
