Thanks Chrisb1. I always tried to make my urine clear when not fasting by drinking lots of water.. now I know better. Appreciate it.

I did this for years and years too Catch22. At one point i had the bright idea to drink a liter of water first thing in the morning, every morning. I did this devoutly for about 10 years. To make matters worse, the water wasn't distilled : ).
