10 days fast: clear urine and no BM : help !

I've started a 10 days fast to shrink fibroids and get rid of a few toxins- since my my birthday was not so long ago, and I flew o Paris to celebrate, and indulged a bit much in terms of food and alcohol, weight loss is really a secondary purpose here.
So, I've been on this Water Fast for 4 days now- nearly at the end of the 4th day now- and I am getting concerned by the fact that I haven't had any BM , and as of today my urine has tuned totally clear.
I have stated the fast with Evian water - this is what I only drink usually and have been for 30 years- I don't drink tap water, or sodas, just evian, pure fruits and veggies juices and the occasional alcohol drink.
Now, after doing some research, I went out to buy distilled water yesterday morning since apparently it is what is best for fasting, and this is all I have been drinking ever since till tonight, now I've noticed this faternoon that my urine was clear, and I have been twice since then, and still no color whatsoever...
Is this normal? Could something be wrong?
Also, I haven't had any BM since starting this fast.
the previous week, I did Oxypowder just for 4 days at 4 caps/evening, and had the normal 3 BM/days, then I stopped and started fasting 2 days later.
On the good front: I have no craving, my energy level is just fine, and I haven't smoked since starting and don't even miss my cigarettes, and my pack is sitting on my desk! ( but I never thought I was addicted because I actually smoke for pleasure, and have stopped several times cold turkey without any side effect when my lifestyle warranted it ) Tweet
