Chiron, thanks again, and I am about to go to bed fasting still and getting into day 4 in just a little bit. Yeah, I have to pay my dues, that is helpful. "there's no reason to be worried --" helpful. "the way is very clear" -- helpful. sorry so miserable and tired, but at least I am convinced it is very necessary for me to go through this misery and come out the other side. I gather from my recent reading that .. I am in such a toxic, bacterially-infested state that in some sense my organs have stopped working or are at least very toxic... and the ONLY way to get them to start working again is to give them NO food to contend with and total rest.
