Days one-four are the entry level. You pay your dues and then you move forward. It's really quite simple. There's no reason to be worried--rest, move slowly. The body is going into ketosis--and while it's changing over from glucose to burning fat and whatver the body doesn't need, it only needs to know that this is what it's supposed to do. How it can tell is by you taking it easy, and putting yourself into the hands of faith and certainty. Many have walked this same path--the way is very clear. Not to worry.
