The dog food thing is hilarious. Kudos to you for not being ashamed and just doing what needs to be done.

You have my sympathy about the gallstones. That sounds hellish. I hope you didn't also suffer pancreatitis. Do you know if the Gallstones were from cholesterol?

My experimenting suggests that enzymes help me a lot. I think my problems have shifted from adrenal fatigue to primarily GI. I've heard speculation that long term use of enzymes might cause issues of dependence. I will in time try to test whether I can operate without them.

One thing to note about cinnamon is that it contains coumarin, which is toxic if it builds up. I saw something written about exactly which quantities might be safest and it seemed like you had to eat a _lot_ of cinnamon for it to be an issue, so maybe it's not something really to worry about. You might occasionally take a break to let your body clear it out for sure. One other cool thing about cinnamon: It enhances mental performance. :D Interestingly, even the _scent_ of it does. Weird, huh?
