Well, have you been getting on Dr. Lam's website & checking out Ask Dr. Lam at CZ? Have you tried the liponano C?

Are you on some kind of adrenal prescription meds? (This is one time, per Dr. Lam, when you do have to take a prescription. Those adrenal glandulars can backfire, as they did for me, and this can include Isocort.) If lipnano C & spreading out the dosages hadn't helped me I was going to be take some over the seas internet no-need-for-prescription Cortef type product. Like most doctors, mind - & yours? - don't seem to know a ton about what we really need in terms of adrenals, as Dr. Lam does indicate.
