Woohoo! 2 Things that have really helped me with adrenal fatigue.
(Well, really 3. Not to proselitize, but I feel I should give credit where credit is due & I prayed earnestly first, then feel I was led to the answers below.)
I saw on the stopthethyroidmadness.com website that I really should be dividing my adrenal meds 4X a day, instead of 2 as it says on the bottle. No wonder I was having so many ups and downs each day. (More downs than ups.)
Also, I tried liponano C per Ask Dr. Michael Lam info. He says to go very slowly - that some people cannot tolerate even one drop, tho it's just a vitamin.
Well, I found if I took too much I got heart palpitations. Now I take just 1/3 tsp 3X a day. Woohoo! I am feeling so much better.
I used to feel I had about 3 hours, 3 slow hours, a day of actual productivity around my home - aside from time at the computer which doesn't take much energy. That was it.
Now I am going all day, with maybe some funky feelings here & there. I do use Dr. Lam's breathing techniques, have cut out soy (watch for it in those supplements!), wheat, sugar, corn &
additives & am pretty much all organic.
Finally! (Thank you Heavenly Father!) I feel I am truly on the way to recovery now and I used to almost wonder if I ever would be "normal" again.
The liponano C is pricey because you have to buy 3 bottles. But if you only take 1 tsp a day it can last you for months. Save up, if you need to, and get it. It can save you money in the long run thru a productive life. Mho.
If you are not studying Dr. Michael Lam's website on adrenals, you should be! That is where I finally understood what was going on with me, tho the sttm website helped a whole lot too.
