Re: allergy shots for autoimmune diseases?

 hmm. Dulse. Dulse specifically,
and not kelp and nori, say? For myself, dulse gives me a funny claustrophobic feeling, like I'm drowning--hard to explain. But I have no problem with kelp. I think I will have to encapsulate something, as he just is not motivated to take things the way I am. This I suspect is one aspect of his 'condition'.

Most seaweeds are polysaccharide rich, which will stimulate white blood cell activity. But dulse in particular is highly antiviral compared to the other seaweeds.

We were mainly vegan, but have gone to eating some fish of late, and eggs on occasion. (and yogurt) He used to take B12 shots -- hasn't for about a year or more; has given up on mainstream doctors. We've been loving kombucha and cultured veg. and I see improvement. Better spirits, more energy. Also gave up drinking wine which I'm sure was depleting reserves, or having some sort of negative effect. (not that we drank a lot, just that is was a regular input)

The sublingual B12 can be used in place of the shots and is cheaper.

Carnitine--I will look into it. Anything you can tell me about it?

Basically is an amino acid that helps to move fatty acids in to the mitochondria to be used as a fuel source and elevate ATP levels. It is best taken at least 30 minutes before meals.
