Re: which came first, the allergies or the disease? (edited)

Although I have no interest in testing this theory, I believe raw meat is quite as bit different than cooked.
(also, it may *for a time*, likes lots of dietary changes, be a great reviver and rebuilder.) But from what I've read it seems the primal diet people support introducing lots of parasites, and feel that somehow this creates an inner terrain that is stronger; thus the whole immune system would be amped up. It's an interesting thesis--but the person online whose face you see everywhere, promoting this way of life looks to me like he is becoming animal. Strangley disconcerting, that is.

Andreas Moritz (of the defunct forum here) theorizes, and I think there's an Ayurvedic lineage behind him, that a big problem with meat is the foreign dna, and that the "strong" alive feeling people talk about with meat-eating is a form of immune respoinse being mounted by the body, to stop the invading dna.

Might this also lead to adrenal exhaustion? In fact, you would think life itself, in these times, especially in the western world, and especially without a strong spiritaul and CENTRAL component including a care for all others, would lead to a 'busted' adreanl system. Just seems obvious.

Cooked (coagulated) protein seems to be far worse than raw.

I once survived quite well, doing a lot of computer-based study and keeping late nights, living essentially on ceasar salads and miso soup with seaweed. Somehow I'm put off the idea of raw eggs (or eggs at all) these days, and prefer a vegan caesar dressing of tahini, dijon, galic, lemon, a touch of honey and a splash of olive oil.

But raw eggs are a big part of this primal diet...and could again, be very nourishing, for a time. I'm concerned though, hearing about people eating like 12 eggs a day--this seems like a form of greed that's out of all balance. I mean, that's 12 potential chickens, for one body. Something feels off in the equation.

I have to wonder if the people eating a lot of meat, or mainly meat, (I don't mean the Indigenous Northerners who lived for ages on raw seals and fish...)are in fact burning out their adrenals in some way--Perhaps an overcharged immune system is not really in sync with the times. I mean, "fight or flight"? Don't the times seem to call for a leap out of that paradigm and into an age of compassion and active peace-making? Looking around, one can see the signs of a huge watershed 'moment'in the making, as the dark (of all kinds) is brought to light.
