Re: I agree with Uny! Re: ugliness and my super serious truth.
It works in harmony all together. All layers are intertwined.
Most energy healers are not healed themselves and have no business trying to heal others. I see this in the physical healing arts as well.
I think you guys misunderstood my point.
Body follows mind (in my interpretation) means that your decisions lead the way. You made the decision to heal your body. Your body is in trust to your mind. it is your temple. I do not mean this in some kind of new agey way. I do not mean that you will overcome disharmony with disharmonious choices.
Eventually once one transcends all belief systems you can create miracles. Most people are not there including the new age philosophers/writers that theorize these kinds of things. But it is possible and because it is it is available to all. It takes truly getting out of our own way (ultimate transcendence of interference).
One thing of note....if a person has been taking years to work on adrenals or other health issues then something is being missed. Belief systems are very powerful. Chanting a few positive affirmations will not do make great change. It takes a full commitment to change with awareness as to why the change is necessary and a full understanding on how it all intertwines.
Example...
I have known people that have MCS and their total focus was to be well. Yet when you dig deeper wellness to them was to be "normal" like everyone else, meaning they wanted to return to a toxic lifestyle of tv watching, collecting toxic items, using make up, eating garbage foods, etc.
This is where awareness must be applied. My understanding of body follows mind in the ultimate sense, is how our intentions lead form our experience (body included).
I always look at/sense a person to see/sense what degree of health in mind body and spirit they have. Some have parts figured out. Few have many parts compiled and figured out.
People Like Ann Wigmore fit the description of an optimal healer.
People like Andrew Weil...well....;-)
