I just wanted to say Thank you for posting this! I happen to adore your precious wife, and honestly, she keeps providing me/us/everyone visiting this forum with such inspiration through her dedication to pursuing the IP.

I can't tell you how timely this post is for me- as I am still struggling to complete a long bowel cleanse, and you have confirmed ALL of my suspicions and musings in the last few weeks- from the cayenne dosing WITH the IF #2, to the gradual progression in dosing, to listening to our Doctor Within.
