i didnt say a bad diet is okay, but its extreme to think that bad diet alone directly causes eczema which is RARE among the population. my digestive tract is messed up that even eating fruit alone gives me gas/indigestion

although ive noticed that most or all of my stools are sinking now instead of floating, but they're in pieces. i think im still constipated. i cant tell if the sinking stools are b/c of my Liver Flushes or b/c i fasted months ago. theres hardly any odor


btw i dont think meat of any kind is 'naturally human food' anyway since we dont have claws, sharp teeth & short intestinal tracts. im not going to do an extreme diet anyway b/c i will relapse. cavemen or whoever HEATED their meat too so it makes no difference if its raw or cooked

i did have vaccines by force in grade school (all those 'required' ones...all except one when i found out their harmfulness...which was already late). i did NOT EVER have mercury fillings since i have no cavities.
but what can i even do about mercury poisoning? i refuse to spend the next few years doing those bogus "chelation therapies" which use drugs anyway
