200+ Liver Flushes is insane. That's absolutely wrong. I got wiser after my 10th flush. I discovered I could fast and go on an all raw diet to eliminate everything and cure myself 1,000% Go hard core. Achieve health I never achieved before. Raw omnivore rocks.

This discussion shows you have never tried diet change.
And saying you will not survive an all raw diet is defeatist. You will never know until you have tried.

Nightshades will give you eczema.

It is RAW FATTY WILD / GRASS FED MEAT that is THE BOMB.

You have to try at least cooked / rare meat paleo diet.
