i have been on a no Sugar no wheat diet for nearly a month. NO Sugar whatsoever, not even fruit. all i ate was meat, vegetables & nuts, no joke. my skin did not improve at all, the eczema on my legs worsened immensenely which did not recover & none of my symptoms improved

i dont believe in a diet-cure-all approach. my digestion sucks & no matter what i eat i get indigestion...even juices. im done with strict diets b/c they always eliminate large food groups & i was becoming nonfunctional without sugar...its ridiculous
