Exactly.
One needs to look at the underlying cause of why some are "sensitive", instead of making quick conclusions. As you've pointed out, you were "sensitive" also at one time, which was transient. At least a hundred people have reported the same on this board alone and it is well documented in the literature as well.
Once the cause of the sensitivity is removed, such as by its being displaced and eliminated, the same individual is no longer "sensitive". Theres a couple others, known to good students of iodine.
Blaming the iodine, an essential element, seems short sighted and casts doubt on everything else a person making quick conclusions writes, and there's lots of those types out there.
That's the good in it -
Iodine is so powerful, even discussing it it flushes things out that otherwise may have remain hidden.
Everybody is both teacher and student, whether they know it or not.
