It's not the iodine, it's what the Iodine is either:

1) dispacing(bromide, etc!)

or

2) healing(infection....parasites....?)

Either way, it's temporary, and not all experience it. I did, seems like as soon as one zit would heal, another would pop up in it's place. Bromide zits are NOT acne, they are "eruptions". They come on full force, they do not "grow" like a normal zit. They suck! And I'm glad that it's over!

I'm envious of you not experiencing them! :)
