Re: Potassium Bicarb, Deficiencies, leg cramping

yeah, I've seen that site and that list of symptoms. I have a few of 'em, but not too many, though it does make me wonder how much of my stuff is directly related. I didn't take Iodine today because I've got to clear up the concrete poop thing and I know it's making it worse right now. I'm worried my appendix is going to blow out for good this time, as that was the prequel to the last episode.

I don't know if it's coincidence, the compression socks I managed to keep on most of the day, or my lunch out with my husband, where I limped a couple blocks from the car to the restaurant - but within about a half hour to an hour of eating - YES, a buffalo burger minus the bun, cooked broccolini and caesar salad - AND.... coffee (which I almost never do), my legs and feet actually got warm and felt almost normal for the first time in months.

I told my DH maybe I've been doing this all wrong, I need to get off all the salads and fresh raw foods and get back on the meatloaf and mashed potatoes I grew up on - lol!
