Re: Potassium Bicarb, Deficiencies, leg cramping

I'd be careful with the potassium chloride if she suspects circulation problems, naturalnews say "Chloride also constricts blood vessels, and narrows blood vessels reduce circulation" http://www.naturalnews.com/Report_acid_alkaline_pH_2.html

I have also experimented with potassium chloride a fair bit for the last 6 months, both as a bromide flush and also to increase my potassium intake, my experience seems to back up what naturalnews say as if i take too much it can give me pins and needles quite bad and also I seem to get more cramps where normally I don't suffer from them.
