Anja...

A few things that popped up in my head.

1) dilute the mag oil a little bit more if it burns, or put some in the tub and soak in it.

2) NOW sells potassium chloride in powder form, and it's cheap. There are a couple of folks on Stephanie Buist's Iodine board in yahoo using potassium chloride as their salt loading mix (they're deficient in potassium too), since it's the chloride that pulls out the bromides according to Brownstein. The potassium chloride can seriously help boost your potassium levels.

3) That dark place you speak of, I know what you're talking about! But, you've got some stellar folks in your corner! Dr. B., I wish he was my doc! Trapper and wombat...have got your back!
