the Iodine docs all say that the patient must set their own dose of thyroid meds.
i suggest finding the amount that you need at 100mg of Iodine per day and maintain those two amounts. your thyroid may or may not regenerate. if it does and you go hyper, cut the meds again. keep the Iodine at that level. it protects the most against heavy metals and bad halogens. it is also just below the trigger point of 130mg that shuts down thyroid intake. that is just to get through enough time to get out of danger. this effect doesn't last. after a few days youre up and running even with the iodine.
dont forget your selenium.
